SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Innodigym does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Coverage
Innodigym currently ship to North America, EU, UK, Australia, Canada and Asia. Should there be any specific countries/regions un-deliverable by our shipping agents, please contact us via customerservice@innodigym.com.
Shipping charge and Tax
The unit price does not contain shipping fee; shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you place an order according to your detailed address. Buyers shall pay for customs and tax if any. Innodigym is not reliable for delivery failure should buyers refuse to pay for tax.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and later your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Innodigym packages are shipped first by sea then via DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT to door. You could contact your local DHL/UPS/ FedEx/TNT for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 10-45 days depends on the location.*Shipping address cannot be changed after shipment is made.

Innodigym.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 7 days at customerservice@innodigym.com with images/videos demonstrating package damage.
