Return Process
- Online return requests must be initiated and placed in the post within 14 days of your order date.
- Please include the following information in your email: order number, product serial number, product name and quantity, reason for return, and photos or videos showing the complete product packaging.
- Innodigym will review your return and refund request within two (2) business days of receiving your email.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
- Product malfunction or damage caused by violation of the product manual, unauthorized use, or modification.
- The product is tested by Innodigym and confirmed to have no quality defects.
- Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, strong winds, or lightning after the product has been signed for.
- Damage occurring during transportation without valid proof of shipping damage.
- Customized or personalized products made according to the customer’s request.
- Failure to provide a valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase, or providing forged or altered documents.
- The returned product’s serial number does not match the original product's, or product labels, serial numbers, or watermarks have been tampered with or falsified.
- The returned product does not match the original order (e.g., different model or configuration).
- The product is not shipped back within 14 calendar days after Innodigym issues a return confirmation.
- Any other conditions that affect the product’s integrity and resale value.
Refund Time
Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Repairs within the warranty period: Cover by Innodigym

Replacement Fee
Innodigym shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.
Or the customer shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement when the warranty period has been expired.
Return Conditions

- A manufacturing defect is discovered upon unboxing that affects normal use.
Please Note:
- Do not return any products before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions from Innodigym. Any loss incurred as a result of unauthorized returns will be your responsibility.
- You must return all accessories and attachments along with the main unit, and none of them should have any damage caused by human factors.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging. If you cannot provide the original packaging, you will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from using alternative packaging.

Exchange Conditions

- The product has no manufacturing defects and remains in resalable condition.
- A manufacturing defect or quality issue is discovered upon unboxing that affects normal use.
- The product was severely damaged during shipping, making it unusable, and valid proof of shipping damage is provided.
Please Note:
- Do not return any product before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions from Innodigym. Any loss resulting from unauthorized returns will be your responsibility.
- All accessories and attachments must be returned along with the main unit, and none of them should show signs of human-caused damage.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging. If you are unable to provide the original packaging, you will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from using alternative packaging.

Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, please send an email to customerservice@innodigym.com within 14 days of your order date, including all relevant information.
- Innodigym will review your exchange request and process it within 2 business days of receiving your email.
Potential Deductions
- Except for returns caused by manufacturing defects, all costs related to packaging, labor, storage, shipping, and other logistics for returns initiated for any other reason will be borne by the customer.
- If the exchanged product has a different value from the original product, adjustments will be made accordingly (refund or additional payment).
- Additional fees may be charged under the following circumstances:
- Missing items in the returned package (including accessories and attachments);
- The returned product does not match the previously communicated condition;
- Damage to the returned product caused by human factors;
- Damage to external packaging due to not using the original packaging during return shipping;
- Any other circumstances that affect the product’s resale value.
Note:Returns or exchanges arising from Innodigym’s responsibility will have standard shipping costs covered by Innodigym. Additional service fees, such as pickup and handling, are not included.
