Return and refund services will not be provided in the following cases:

• Requests made after 7 days of product receipt.
• Products returned to Innodigym for return and refund services are missing original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or are not in new condition (e.g., damaged).
• No legal evidence is provided for purchase, receipt, or invoice, or if they are reasonably judged to be forged or tampered with.
• Defects or damages to the product result from unauthorized use or modification, exposure to moisture, ingress of foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation, or operation.
• Traces of tampering or alteration are found on product labels, serial numbers, waterproof markings, etc.
• Product damage occurs due to uncontrollable external factors such as fire, flood, strong winds, lightning, etc.
• The product is not returned to Innodigym within 7 days after the confirmation email for return and refund services is sent by Innodigym.
• Other situations not specified in this policy.

Refund Time:
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the payment method used. Refund processing will be completed within approximately 7 to 14 business days depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to performance defects, customers are responsible for return shipping fees to the designated service center (including applicable international shipping fees).

Replacement Fees:
Innodigym is responsible for the round-trip replacement freight of products dispatched for replacement due to performance defects.

Alternatively, if the product is dispatched for replacement after the warranty period has expired, the customer is responsible for the round-trip replacement shipping fees.

*Do not return the product without first receiving instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Innodigym.
