At INNODIGYM, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness equipment. This Limited Warranty explains the warranty coverage, exclusions, and service process for INNODIGYM products.
Warranty Eligibility
This Limited Warranty applies only to products that meet all of the following conditions:
- Purchased directly from INNODIGYM or an authorized INNODIGYM distributor.
- Used for personal or household purposes only.
- Experiences a manufacturing defect or performance failure during the applicable warranty period under normal use.
- Has not been disassembled, modified, repaired, or installed in a manner inconsistent with INNODIGYM's official instructions.
- Is accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) together with the product serial number (SN).
Commercial or institutional purchases are subject to separate warranty terms.
Warranty Coverage
The Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, INNODIGYM may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace defective components;
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent performance; or
- Provide another appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.
Replacement products or replacement parts may be new or refurbished and will continue under the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Warranty Period
Warranty Duration
Entire Product 1-Year Limited Warranty. Replacement parts installed under warranty remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
The Limited Warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser. If delivery confirmation is unavailable, the warranty period will be determined using:
- the invoice date;
- the order date; or
- if neither is available, 30 days after the product leaves INNODIGYM's warehouse.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Commercial Use - Products used for commercial, rental, institutional, or other non-residential purposes.
Software & Connectivity - Software, mobile applications, firmware, online services, internet connectivity, or software functionality, including interruptions or errors.
User Data - Loss of data, account access, training history, or any costs associated with data recovery.
Normal Wear and TearRoutine wear and consumable components, including resistance cables, pulleys, grips, cosmetic finishes, and other parts subject to normal aging through regular use.
Improper Use - Damage resulting from:
- misuse;
- abuse;
- neglect;
- accidents;
- improper storage;
- unauthorized modifications;
- improper installation or relocation;
- repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
External Causes - Damage caused by:
- fire;
- flooding;
- lightning;
- natural disasters;
- power surges;
- unstable electrical supply;
- vandalism;
- theft;
- other events beyond INNODIGYM's reasonable control.
Unauthorized Products - Products that have been:
- resold;
- stolen;
- counterfeit;
- purchased through unauthorized sellers.
Unauthorized Returns - Products returned without prior authorization from INNODIGYM.
Property Damage - Damage to walls, flooring, ceilings, furniture, or other personal property arising from installation, relocation, or removal of the product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please include:
- Order number
- Product serial number (SN)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos demonstrating the problem
Do not return any product without prior written authorization from INNODIGYM.Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Warranty Service Process
Step 1 — Troubleshooting
Our technical support team will first assist you through email, phone, video call, online chat, or remote diagnostics. You may be asked to:
- perform basic troubleshooting;
- install firmware or software updates;
- provide additional photos or videos.
Step 2 — Repair or Replacement
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, INNODIGYM will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:
- replacement parts;
- repair services;
- replacement product;
- another commercially reasonable remedy.
Replacement products or parts may be refurbished and are tested to meet INNODIGYM quality standards.
Service Availability
Warranty service availability may vary depending on your country or region. Additional transportation or service fees may apply for locations outside INNODIGYM's standard service areas. Please contact our customer support team for region-specific service information.
Resistance Cable Maintenance
Resistance cables are wearable components that should be inspected regularly. Immediately discontinue use if you notice:
- fraying;
- cracks;
- broken strands;
- excessive thinning;
- abnormal wear.
Within the warranty period, replacement cables for manufacturing defects will be provided free of charge. Customers are responsible for installing replacement cables. Improper installation may result in equipment damage or personal injury. If you are unsure how to replace a cable safely, please contact INNODIGYM before proceeding.
General Terms
Non-Transferable Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If the product is purchased as a gift, warranty coverage applies only to the owner of the original INNODIGYM account associated with the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INNODIGYM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the product. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
