Key Differences Between the INNODIGYM P1 Max and P1 Plus

• Maximum Resistance:

P1 Max: Provides up to 330 lbs (150 kg) of adjustable digital resistance (75 kg per side). This makes it suitable for advanced lifters or those who need more resistance for exercises like squats and deadlifts.
P1 Plus: Provides up to 198 lbs (90 kg) of adjustable digital resistance. This is enough for most intermediate users, but may be a bit insufficient for elite athletes who need to lift more weight.

• Physical dimensions and weight:

P1 Max: Dimensions are 1020 x 500 x 106 mm (40 x 19.7 x 4.2 in) and weighs 43 kg (94.8 lbs).

P1 Plus: Dimensions are 750 x 350 x 55 mm (29.5 x 13.8 x 2.3 in) and weighs 12 kg (27 lbs).

The P1 Plus is more compact and portable, making it a good choice for those with limited space or who need to move the equipment frequently. The P1 Max is larger and is suitable for a dedicated home gym setup.

What is the same between the P1 Max and P1 Plus?

• Safety features:

Both models comes with safety buttons on the handles and long bar that instantly release the weight if it is too heavy.
