How is the resistance accomplished？

We use motors to provide resistance（electromagnetic force).

What are the 4 different training modes for P1 lite/lite plus, P1 Plus and P1 Max？

1. Standard Mode for basic strength training.

2. Eccentric Mode for efficient mass growth, and better muscle control.

3. Chain Mode for obtaining better endurance.

4. Speed Mode for gaining better explosive power.

Can the device be used without the app？

Yes, you can use the device without APP. There are 4 buttons on the device, which can be used to adjust the resistance, mode and on/off the resistance.

What is the maximum length of the cable？

The cable length is 3.4m.

Does the P1 series have spotter mode？

Unfortunately, the P1 series does not have spotter mode.

Can I attach any 3rd party long bar or pole？

Yes, as long as you have a long bar with a carabiner on both ends, you can use it on our machines.

if the machine will be stable and stay in place if I'm not stepping or putting my weight on it while I pull the cables during an exercise workout？

For optimal safety during your workout, it's important to ensure stability by applying your weight to the machine, especially when it's placed on the floor. This helps prevent any potential movement or instability, ensuring a secure exercise environment.

What is the maximum weight limit that the product can withstand？

All P1 Series: 150KG=330.69pounds.

P1 LITE/LITE PLUS

What's the resistance range？

P1 Lite/Lite Plus: 4.4lbs-66lbs/2Kg-30Kg for each side.

What are the dimensions and weight of the products？

Can the P1 Lite/P1 Lite Plus be mounted on the wall？

Both models can be mounted on the wall.

However, the P1 Lite does not come with wall-mounted accessories and concealed handles.

The P1 Lite Plus comes with wall-mounted accessories and concealed handles.

Any height range recommendations for the P1 Lite Plus install on the wall？

There is no standard height for installation as it varies based on individual preferences and needs. We recommend setting the height according to your specific requirements to ensure optimal functionality and comfort during use.

What type of walls can the P1 Lite Plus be mounted to safely？

For optimal stability and safety, we advise mounting it on a concrete bearing wall.

Does the P1 lite/lite plus come with resistance on/off bluetooth buttons on both the grips？

No, however you can purchase the smart handles to replace the normal handles.

P1 PLUS

Does the unit have a rechargeable battery or can it only be used while plugged into a wall socket？

The device requires a direct power source as it does not contain a built-in battery.

Is it easy to remove the Lite from wall mount？

Quite simple, just lift the machine to remove it. There is no need to loosen screws or other complicated operations.

Is the bench compatible with P1 Lite/Lite Plus, P1 Plus and P1 Max？

Yes, the bench is compatible with all P1 series.

What is the size of the bench？

APP

Is there a way to change the units from kg to lbs ？ Metric to imperial ？

Yes, please change it on APP.

Does the APP integration with third party system such as Google fit, Apple Health, Fitbit？

Our APP only supports Apple health.

Is there a switch to turn on/off the background music and voice of the APP？

Yes, you can choose to turn on/off the sound on APP setting.

Will workouts play without internet?

It needs the internet when you first time use the APP. After that, it does not need the internet.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Where is the warehouse located？

We have warehouse in Germany and American.

Do the prices include import taxes / VAT costs for EU and UK order？

The prices is including VAT, but it is not including import taxes.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, Euro and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

The whole machine after sale for one year, beyond the warranty period of product use problems are also welcome to contact the after-sales team will give the best solution.
