At INNODIGYM, we are committed to complying with the consumer protection laws of the European Union. If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase under the conditions set out below.
This Withdrawal Policy applies only to purchases made by consumers residing in the European Union and is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after:
- you receive the goods; or
- if your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the day on which you receive the final item.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the withdrawal period has expired.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify INNODIGYM of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Your withdrawal notice should include:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Customer Address
- Contact Email
- Product(s) to be withdrawn
- Date of Receipt
You are not required to use any specific form, provided your intention to withdraw is clearly communicated.
Return of Goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Products should be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by our customer support team.
Please do not return any product without prior authorization from INNODIGYM.
Refunds
Once your withdrawal has been accepted, INNODIGYM will process your refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is expressly agreed.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until:
- the returned goods have been received; or
- you provide satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect the goods as you would reasonably do in a physical retail store to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
However, you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where exclusions are permitted under applicable law, including but not limited to:
- Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- Sealed digital content or software that has been unsealed or activated after delivery, where applicable;
- Services that have been fully performed with the customer's prior consent before the withdrawal period has expired;
- Other products or services excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Relationship with Our Return & Refund Policy
This Withdrawal Policy governs your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable European consumer protection laws.

Where this Withdrawal Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country, those mandatory laws shall prevail.
